Lucy joined St Peter’s Kinder as an Educator in 2026, and feels especially excited to be part of the Beach Kinder program.
Holding a Master of Teaching (Early Years) with dual teaching qualifications in Early Childhood and Primary Education, Lucy is passionate about creating learning environments where children feel confident, capable and deeply connected, both to their learning and to a community that nurtures and supports it. She loves following children’s interests, building strong relationships, and encouraging their growing independence and agency.
Lucy believes there is nothing quite like the magic of sand, sea air and the raw, open-ended nature of the beach to spark curiosity, resilience and joyful learning. She is thrilled to be part of the team in supporting children as they explore, discover and make meaning of the world around them. Outside of kinderg, Lucy lives in Bayside with her husband and their two children, aged 4 (3 y o Kinder) and 6 (Prep) in 2026 and dog Rufus!
