How to Enrol

To attend St. Peter’s Kindergarten in 2026, enrolments will be open from 1st May - 27th June for both three-year-old and four-year-old children for 2026.  Enrolments are managed through Bayside City Council's Central Registration and Enrolment Scheme.

Age Requirements

Please note all children enrolling in the 3 year old program must be 3 years of age by 30th of April in the year they start. In line with Regulations, a child cannot commence at the service until they have turned 3 years old. They are welcome to attend orientation days with a family member present.

We invite you to organise a time to discuss kinder readiness with one of our qualified teachers if you still have questions.

All children enrolling in the four year old program must turn 4 by the 30th April in the year they start 4 year old kindergarten.

Fees

Through the Victorian Department of Education ‘Free Kinder’ funding initiative, 15 hours a week (2 days) for both 3-year old and 4-year old are free.

The additional optional day for 4yo Kinder is unfunded by the government and therefore attracts a fee.

In 2025 this fee is $990 per term.

This day is offered for the full year and an annual commitment is required for staffing purposes.
