*Fundraising Levy is per family per term

The Kindergarten Program for three-year-old children is not subsidised by the State Government and is based on a user pays system. The two separate programs for four-year-old children are based on subsidisation from the State Government with an additional user pays component. In addition to Term Fees, the Committee currently charge a Fund Raising Levy per child per Term. This levy does not preclude additional fund raising activities, but does provide the Kindergarten with additional finances to fund high quality programs and equipment for our children.

Fees and levies payable are collected by the Committee. An account is issued during the last 3 weeks of each term and is payable by the date specified, which is before the end of that term. Fees are payable one term in advance. Receipts are not issued unless requested by parents. Fees and/or levies apply irrespective of public holidays, sickness or other absences. Parents are required to give a minimum of two weeks notice to the Committee before withdrawing a child from any program.

Fees and/or levies are non-refundable once received by the Committee. However, if the Committee receives a formal request, this may result in a refund on a pro rata basis of an amount no greater than 50 per cent of a Term’s fees.
